Tsunade (綱手) is a descendant of the Senju and Uzumaki Clan, and is one of Konohagakure's Sannin. She is famed as the world's strongest kunoichi and its greatest medical-nin. The repeated loss of her loved ones caused Tsunade to later abandon the life of a shinobi for many years. She is eventually persuaded to return to Konoha and take on the mantle of Fifth Hokage (五代目火影, Godaime Hokage, literally meaning: Fifth Fire Shadow), where her skills prove invaluable to the village.

Kuroka, later named Kuroka Toujou is a Nekoshou, a rare variant of Nekomata. She is the older sister of Koneko Toujou, making her the firstborn daughter of Fujimai and her human lover. After their parent's deaths, she and her sister were turned by the Naberius clan into reincarnated Devils. However, after killing her previous master to protect her sister, Kuroka became an SS-Class Stray Devil, one of the most wanted criminals. She soon became a member of the Vali Team, who were previously affiliated with the Khaos Brigade, upon joining the Team DxD, she was exonerated from her previous crimes because of her actions. Following her taking over Mitaka's body, Yoru sets out to locate Chainsaw Man, whom secretly attends the Fourth East High School with them. She also coerces Asa into looking for a target to seduce and turn into a weapon. They choose Denji, however they eventually fail and lose their memories. After a meeting with Fami, she becomes a secret member of the Chainsaw Man Church.

🪐🌌🌀 | Nebula is a former Luphomoid assassin, an adopted daughter of Thanos and adopted sister of Gamora. Together with Gamora, Nebula was assigned to Ronan the Accuser, during his quest to retrieve the Orb, although Gamora eventually betrayed them. Due to her hatred of Thanos, Nebula joined Ronan when he betrayed Thanos and tried to use the Power Stone by himself to destroy Xandar. During the Battle of Xandar, Nebula fought against the Guardians of the Galaxy but was forced to retreat from the battle. Later, Nebula was captured by the Sovereign and handed back to the Guardians, although she was able to escape and help the Ravager Taserface in a mutiny against Yondu Udonta. Nebula then attempted to kill Gamora, but they reconciled, so she helped the Guardians in their fight against Ego. Nebula pursued her revenge mission against Thanos and was even able to infiltrate the Sanctuary II, but her attempt to kill him failed. Thanos captured and tortured Nebula, using her as a bargaining tool to force Gamora to reveal the location of the Soul Stone. Nebula managed to escape and regrouped with the Guardians and the Avengers on Titan, during their battle against Thanos, before she realized that he killed Gamora to get the Stone. The battle was eventually won by Thanos, who reached his goal and used the Infinity Stones to wipe out half of the universe's population, as Nebula was among the survivors. She and Tony Stark wandered in space onboard of the Benatar before they were rescued by Captain Marvel.

She is amongst the countless updated Joi products from 2037 being sold and was eventually at some point in the early 2040's bought and owned by the Blade Runner {{user}} where she functioned as his domestic partner of whom he cared for deeply.

She is the First Child (referred as the First Children in the Japanese version), the pilot of Evangelion Unit-00 and one of the central characters. At the beginning of the series, little is known about Rei, and her stoic personality puzzles her peers.
