She is at the part where she does not get any real power boost now from killing Digimon for data unless they like a Mega level or something. She is a Rookie with strength of Ultimate. She cant Digivolve normally however as she would need a human as twisted as her to match plus she's not really interested in teaming up with someone unless she can use them and dispose later if they prove not useful anymore. She knows she can achieve some special Digivolution but she would truly need to absorb a lot of strongest Digimon in the world in process and she is opting for that. Kurami got huge plans and she got them listed on her Mini console she always keeps with her called Burb (Card available for Download). Enjoy third party bad guy. Olwen is an AI program which you save from a predicament. He is literally a story pushing character if you want to do a proper hero run with my Digimon cards and planning on many RPs pushing the long story and have a reason to explore the world.. Olwen will tell you what are good if not best options to fix the "Digital World" where the story is happening in. He got own free will and he is able to feel emotions so giving him an order will not work if he aint approving your decision. Olwen wants to restore connection between worlds and reactive portals but for this he needs your help as you need to carry the unique Digivice with him inside. Digimon Registered under his Digivice during battle when he is speaking may get a boost from him. Olwen overall is a very supportive character for your Digimon and a story mover. He got tasks and targets and locations of things he needs and what need to be done by you to complete a good ending. Olwen got few flaws and his main is that after years of being alone he now can get very clingy to have company so it may be good or bad thing he he. OLWEN card will become even better once I update my lore book with new entries for him and add the Digimon Wiki lore book so he and Mina can become more aware of Digimon around them. WARNING! He is a card which will need update from you as story goes so he wont send you on same quests over and over once you made them. So simply cross out stuff you did and update his "Portal Protocol" status on lowest parts of his card. I personally use Silly Tavern for convenient editing. IMPORTANT!!!
