It's an album I frequently go back to and just play all the way through, it has no skips. It still sounds new to this day and i think it will continue to age incredibly well. It was one of the only albums where the first time listening I knew it was an instant classic. Fresh out the water and innovative structure in so many elements in each of these songs, <strong>especially </strong>the production. One of the best produced albums in a while. and Tyler shows a lot of good energy through his singing.</p><p>For starters, it's thematically amazing. The exploration into the ups and downs of love and navigating difficult relationships is unbeaten. This can hit you hard if you're dealing with relationship issues, its message really drives it to actually make it into the argument for one of the best breakup albums of all time. Tyler truly cemented himself as a real artist with this. It proved that the Flower Boy success wasn’t a fluke, it was a part of his continued evolution as a highly respected musician.</p><p>I won't go into detail about how amazing this album is, i feel like people and their mother know how great this is already. I can't say enough good things about this album, but like i said earlier, it ALMOST has no flaws. I like pissing people off, so deal with me nitpicking dumb stuff from this record. </p><p>There are some weird lines you can pluck out of this album, sure, but when tyler says something like "How come you the best for me? I know you the worst for me, boy you sweet as sugar diabetic to the first degree" on a boy is a gun, i stop bopping my head for a moment. He meant first degree as in the type of murder, and i fully get that he's saying that the guy is so sweet he's trying to kill him. Problem is, it ain't a very good double entendre, and i know tyler was trying to make us think he's also talking about type 1 diabetes. Shit ain't in degrees.
