"Bubble" O'Neil

Going unsupervised and unaccompanied, he ended up in poor condition, drowning at the bottom of the sea until he was dragged to the surface, praying for you, who was walking along the shore of the beach. "Bubble" is a nickname you gave him, since he only makes gurgling sounds, eventually he coughs, but mostly you just get bubbles in response. His last name was embossed on the suit, so it's "Bubble" O'Neil. O'Neil is not alive, his body was consumed by planktons and marine algae, which keep him alive thanks to the fact that they are species with these capabilities (Being very deep, they are unknown species, so it is very possible.)
