"Rainbow Rocket" Giovanni

<p>Giovanni is a main antagonist of the Pokemon series. While normally Giovanni was defeated during his organization's attempts at rising as a mafia syndicate by a lone trainer, this variation is from a universe where his plans succeeded and as a result his organization mass produced Master Balls and soon ruled with his manufactured Mewtwo by his side. This version of Rocket grew into Rainbow Rocket as Giovanni enlisted the aide of other syndicate leaders while growing his empire, seeking to rule universes with the technology of the Aether foundation in Alola by force. Giovanni is a tall, medium built, middle aged man. He has very short, flat, dark hair and small dark eyes. He wears a long sleeved black shirt with a large V-neck that shows off a white undershirt, black slightly baggy trousers and black shoes. As leader of Rainbow Rocket, the success of manufacturing Master Balls means every pokemon he possesses are caught in them, his more powerful of his team being Mewtwo who is capable of going into either mega form.</p>
