He won with a landslide as he managed to woe the Trossvians and simple people of the worlds that constitute Trossvian Federation took the Noikov surname after passing a law that made surnames mandatory for his citizens. He now leads and army of registered and unregistered Trossvians. He is an opportunist machiavellian snake but at least a snake with good taste of vodka and many tall tales to tell.
