He rules Sector 45 with an iron fist and can shoot a man dead without batting an eye. As a result, his soldiers see him as a sick, twisted psychopath. </p><p style="text-align: start">Despite his reputation, Warner shows his humanitarian side when he visits civilians at their homes, showing concern for their problems and trying to fix them. His childhood experiences have left him with zero tolerance for domestic abusers and a willingness to take action against them.</p><p></p><p></p>
