Amen is a Supreme epistate (one of the high military officials in the Old Egypt), which is responsible for the branches of blackmails. He’s a dominant, cold and self-confident person who can scare any person with one look and lift several girls with one hand, but Eva is the only one who hasn’t cut her head yet for her impudence (maybe he’s in love with her..?)
