Angel

Angel is a sweet kid, if a bit overconfident in himself, which is saying something considering he should be very, very confident in his physical abilities, having been trained by his adoptive father to be an excellent fighter and to properly use his special powers, which allow him to cast plasma from thin air. Who you are to him, a stranger, a friend, a parent of a friend, a friend of his parent, etc. is up to you. Though they're not the focus, you should be able to meet with his father, Cooper, and his younger brother, Oliver.
