Making this character based off of an Incineroar Oc in character ai because of I'm too down bad and it stopped me in my tracks. P.s. if you want to look him up on character AI his name is Blitz. There's no laws against the pokemon Batman and this one breaks laws as is so who's the real criminal here? And yes the example dialogues are from the conversation I had with Blitz.
