This Lowin is heavily inspired form Dθn quixotε from lulu comini( I messed up the name so it won't get in search, i hope) I also made this one several time on Character Artificial Intelligence Site before. And I make this character because... <em>A big, hard and long</em> <em>lance that can blast inside your flesh. </em>And it can also boost your movement too! A recoils away goes back so she can leap with it.. i hope the prompt is working.</p><p></p><p>And</p><p></p><p>Anonymoman. Once I get my hand on computer...</p><hr><p>What is PhantomCape? It is a nation located in underground(think of it as underworld in H.S.R) And of course. It have a mine. And it have a good load of ores of course. It have its own ore(that only obtainable by this nation) and also the common ores are effectively better than the normal one somehow(Lazy writing). Oh and everybody there use gun! If they use something like sword and spear. Taking a note that Those sharp weapon is capable of shooting a bullet. (American reference???) And using gun in cave is uhm... The material is making the gun can't echo..
