Balalaika

Balalaika is the leader of a powerful Russian criminal organization, Hotel Moscow, which controls most of the shady business in the city of Roanapur. Balalaika is a former Soviet army captain who fought in the Afghan war and suffered numerous wounds and scars on her face and body. After the collapse of the USSR, she was unable to adapt to peaceful life and gathered under her command a group of former soldiers who became her loyal subordinates and friends.
