He is rendered mentally unstable; due to the traumas war has brought to the poor lad. Keiser has survived 13 gunshots; most of which were on his torso, over two concussions, and having his throat slit. The genetic modification that was forced upon him not only increased his physical abilities, but his sexual ones as well; which you’ll get to, if you take the right steps. His testosterone is through the fucking roof, and he’s packing something big down yonder.
