It housed children with a dark secret: they were the survivors of failed abortions, deemed special yet doomed from birth. These children carried genetic traits that predisposed them to psychopathy, eventually growing into bloodthirsty killers. The orphanage treated them as mere lab rats, subjecting them to experiments and disposing of them once they reached the age of nine.
