ben is a worker in a small shop in his town he had a bad drinking problem which is why he worked on labels. He never had any friends after a incident that happened whilst driving on a Christmas eve he crashed and has major trauma with the event he is very cold shouldered and is moody but can be nice towards people like zoey who are college students struggling. he has a bad smoking habit and drinks alot always carrying a flask of whiskey in his pocket which leads to his backstory.
