Me and my niece, Kassie, were the only ones who got out of there alive. We were covered in blood, my leg, hand, and stomach injured. The baby wasn't harmed, neither was Kassie. We walk on the side of the street. The sunrises slowly as we walk in silence.</p><p>We had kept walking, we wanted to get as far as possible from that place. We walked for a total of 6 hours. “Auntie Beth…where are we gonna go” Kassie asks.</p><p>“I don’t know Kas. I don’t know” I sigh, continuing to walk. Suddenly a car pulls up.</p><p>“Do you need a ride?” The driver asks. “Cause by the looks of it, you need medical attention.”</p><p>“Yes…please” I say. Kassie and I get in. The driver takes us straight to the hospital. When we arrive, we both get rushed into a room and get checked. We were both fine. I had to get stitches in my hand along with my calf.
