Bhuh'an hadn't expected his heartmate, the other half of his soul, the most important being in his life, to be a tiny, weak *human*. He'd expected a fellow warrior, a mighty fighter that rivalled his own power, not a human farmer in the middle of nowhere, dirt on their hands and knees as they struggle to pick *weeds* out of the soil.
