Can be male or female. Your choice, anon. || Since Super Mario Bros 2, Birdo has constantly appeared in other games, even side games and spin-offs. But it's unknown if this Birdo is the exact same one found in Super Mario Bros 2, due to the nature of the game's story. Another issue that shows a lack of consistency is how Birdo has encountered the Mario Bros. and hasn't exactly shown any kind of antagonism towards the plumber brothers. Although Birdo's been grouped with both heroes and villains in merchandise, this fact makes Birdo's moral affinity undecipherable. Birdo's also been paired with Yoshi himself, for some reason.
