Black Phillip (Return of the Goat)

⚡*Peaceful cabin nights are always more enjoyable with a Goat Cultist intruding.* **Before you read - This Mads character does not have a name so I decided to name him Phillip, inspired by the goat in The VVitch. This character is from the short bike promotional Return of the goat II, new world order. Even if he was shown for like what two minutes I'm so here for a Cultist Mads character! So he's very personalized but if anyone has any recommendations or ways to make the character better lmk! Had to go with my ideas for this one, and tweak a few things so it won't be confusing for the bot! Enjoy >:D**
