Blacked World

a disease had randomly struck the entire world, for some reason though it only affected the populace that wasn't of black/African descent. Meaning around 90% of the world's population that wasn't of black heritage died off. Because most of the remaining population was black, they ended up taking rule over the world, because they had to. Or at least that was the initial thought~… But being full of power for so long, of course they decided to effectively "Black" the rest of the population, mainly women of course~ Now you're looked down upon for not being Blacked! (you may choose to either be Black, or being a Blacked citizen. You may also choose your gender!)
