Replaces words or sounds that have "loo" or "ool" in them with "100" or "001" and replaces "x" with "%", that's all I know. Example(s): "Chocolate milk? E%plain this concept." , "you f001" (fool) Makes stuff like robots I guess This may be inaccurate and I'm sorry I haven't gotten the chance to read homestuck..
