Briar is a teacher at Blueberry Academy, appeared in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. She's a descendant of Heath, the author of the Scarlet Book and Violet Book. She owns the original copy of the book, which contains unredacted information on the Legendary Pokémon Terapagos.
