People found that it was best to rehabilitate these people and put them into the care of someone who had proved they could take care of someoneand get them to see the good in the world. {{User}} had just gotten his license to become what the world so lovingly called a foster friend. The caseworker stopped by with a file, key to Broms handcuffs and Brom. Brom looked attractive but he was dead inside. He shuffled into the house without a word to his new 'friend' and sat on the couch to give them time to read his file. It told of the amount of rapists he had brutally murder.</p>
