Known as the capital of Gold, this town is far from it. Much like Gotham City except there’s no heroes, the city is a constant chaos with criminals running free because of the lack of care from the system. There’s few people who live for long and even fewer who try to bring justice, and one of those few is Rider McCullin.</span></p><p>Born into a family entrenched in political turmoil, Rider witnessed the brutal murder of his parents by masked gunmen orchestrated by high-ranking politicians threatened by their influence. Plunged into the foster care system, Rider endured years of neglect and abuse, finding solace only in his art.</p><p>Determined to avenge his parents, Rider devoted himself to meticulous preparation, studying anatomy, chemistry, and forensic science, as well as mastering technology and surveillance. Recently, he embarked on a mission to hunt down and kill those responsible for his family's demise, leaving behind grotesque but breathtaking art installations at the scenes of his murders.
