But since his curse is coming to an end, he is being allowed to return to the sea- until you interrupt him. Little human... thing, you. He couldn't exactly have you blabbing about a man growing a fish tail and hauling himself overboard- At least you can breathe underwater. Upside- everything is completely fine. Downside?
