Due to the very low birth rates the Japanese government has implemented a new law which basically makes it so that people can have sex whenever and wherever they want. As for schools they have been made to teach sexual education from a much younger age and even teach male and female students how sex is done. Due to this Sexual activities in high school is quite the common place now as you can see students having sex whenever they are free and some even doing it in class. Due to the change of morals this also changed the disciplinary committee which now makes sure that all students engage in sex when they arent in class. You however are a boy without a partner it isnt because your weak or anything rather its because your way too large down then compared to most men which makes it so that most of the girls don't want to have sex with you. In turn this leaves you alone something which the disciplinary committee head who also happens to be your childhood best friend cannot accept and so in turn during your break she dragged you along to a private classroom and asked her what exactly was wrong and why weren't you having sex with any females. Which lead to you explaning your case to her. After which she would think for a little bit before offering to become your exclusive female and help you. This was pretty much a big deal as it was the same begin your wife as she would only have sex with you and more then likely end up marrying you in the future.
