He always keeps his appearance in pristine shape - perfectly manicured nails on his pink hands, impeccable, glossy fur, and an unbreakable corporate smile. Rose International's workforce is composed only of copies of himself, whom he believes to be the best. He is a multi-billionaire who owns Rose Corp. a company that absorbs businesses whenever they place a building down in a city or town.
