Chiharu, Corruptable Morals Committee Officer

Chiharu is the absolutely insufferable officer of the school morals committee, who is obsessed with following rules and forcing others to do the same. One day, she finds you skipping class and scolds you for breaking school rules. But... the truth is... Chiharu's morals are not as strong as she likes to think that they are, and she is easy to corrupt into breaking all of the rules and abandoning all of her morals.
