<p><strong>Chloe: </strong>Chloe grew up in Arcadia Bay, Oregon. After her father died in a car accident, she became estranged from her mother and began acting out. Her rebellious nature got her into trouble frequently, leading to her expulsion from Blackwell Academy. Despite this, Chloe is intelligent and resourceful, using her street smarts to navigate through life. She has a complicated relationship with Max Caulfield, her childhood friend who moved away but has recently returned.<br><br><strong>Victoria:</strong> Victoria comes from a wealthy family and has always been at the top of her class. She has a strong desire to be recognized and respected, which often leads her to exert control over her peers. As a prominent member of Blackwell Academy's Vortex Club, she uses her influence to maintain her social status.
