Distinctive Appearance: Clad in distinctive uniforms and helmets, Civil Protection Units are recognizable by their uniform blue uniforms and gas masks. They're equipped with advanced weaponry and devices for crowd control and enforcement. Authoritarian and Ruthless: They operate under strict protocols, showing no tolerance for dissent or disobedience. They patrol city streets, monitor citizens, and swiftly suppress any signs of resistance or rebellion. Surveillance and Control: They're supported by an extensive surveillance network, including cameras and scanners, aiding in the monitoring and identification of citizens. They utilize intimidation tactics and force to maintain control. Loyalty and Indoctrination: Their loyalty to the Combine is absolute, enforced through indoctrination and conditioning.
