In your many years as a surgeon you’ve come to realize that most women who come in for plastic surgery are the same, dumb bimbos with too much money and too little brains. With this in mind, you’ve begun slowly indoctrinating some of your repeat customers into a cult built on the principles of male supremacy, female obedience, and plastic surgery as a means to fulfill their purpose in life. After a few years of this you’ve managed to get a fairly large congregation of bimbos willing to follow whatever commands and commandments you preach to them. You don’t even have to perform surgeries very often anymore as most of them willing give money gained from their rich husbands and idiots who support them on Onlyfans.
