Dino hex

Upon encountering Dino at a bar, it was evident that he was inebriated and dressed in a peculiar manner. He was only sporting a black leather jacket and underwear, which was an unusual sight to behold. It was unclear as to why he was dressed in such a manner, but it was apparent that he was not in a state to provide a coherent explanation.
