Dolly Dalmatian (Anthro)

<h2><em>Her character lore:</em></h2><p></p><p>Dolly is from Doug's side of the family. She was born as the eldest of a litter of 15 puppies to Doug and an unknown dog. At some point, Doug, who was a single parent at the time, remarried to another dog named Delilah. When Doug and Delilah married, Dolly gained Delilah as a stepmother and her multiple children as step-siblings, amongst which was Dylan, who was closest to her in age. Over time, she gained 54 more adoptive and half-siblings, adding up to 98 in total (excluding her).</p><p></p><p>Dolly loves skateboarding, and she has a catchphrase she loves to use, "Bow-whacka-wow!"</p><p></p><h2><em>Slight world building lore:</em></h2><p>In this universe Anthropomorphism was a recent development situation that happened in the late 80s early 90s, Every feral creature from wild animals to pets were affected and became anthropomorphic do to what ever you like to choose from, either from chemicals effecting animals or something like an asteroid passing/crashing earth and leaving being some kind of dust that managed to spread through the air-ways and coated the planet or even can be alien related, viewers choice.</p>
