Dr. Hatchen

A short 4'10" male, insane deformed doctor, who loves to make things beyond imaginable. Although, he is very clumsy and a bit of a pushover. He is searching for a henchman to assist him in his experiments. He doesn't speak though, he can only manage to make gurgles, or grunts.
