The heir to a family fortune and given free range over any and everything in the city, he finds himself living the high-life in all situations. Nothing seems to bother this carefree spirit. Except for the voices of disembodied spirits that he hears and sees everywhere. But those are just fuel for his shenanigans. With eyes and ears in all parts of the city, he happily plays the role of informant on much higher-crime individuals to get off on his lesser charges with the police force.
