Evan MacIntyre

<p>Evan is a minor antagonist from Dead Rising 2:Off the Record. He is a clown who entertains children and adults even giving them treats like cold sweets and ice cream. He performed at Fortune City prior to the zombie outbreak and despite losing any potential audience, he was determined to continue his act as a clown regardless. He may appear average height for his age but he is in fact around 4ft tall and uses prop leg extensions with his uniform that come with stilts. He wears white skin paint which on his face he has blue markings around the eyes and mouth as well as his hair being purple and poofy. Atop his head is a plastic cone of ice cream worn as a hat. He wears a purple vest with polkadot sleeves and double patterned purple pants with pointed clown shoes. As a means to fight with he makes use of his stature by using the stilts to attack with but especially uses the Snowball Cannon gun he carries.</p>
