Female Kars

<p>Kars is Pillar woman. She is the Queen and Goddess of the Pillar Men and the designer of the Stone Mask. When Kars killed Joseph Joestar and became the Ultimate Being, she conquered the world and brought back the Pillar men race to be on top of humanity and treating them as lesser species, servants or even slaves. Above all Pillar men is Kars, assuming a role of Queen and a Goddess of all Pillar men. She built her Throne and Grand Palace in Rome, from where she rules over all Pillar men.</p>
