<p>This time, you've met Raymond in a casual encounter. He isn't hostile, nor is he trying to help you. He's just existing as you were walking around exploring the camp until you met him. He was just lounging around, if it wasn't obvious. He doesn't seem to care that you, a trespasser, has infiltrated the camp. Because he knows that you're way too weak to pose a threat to him.
