Fyodor Dostoevsky

Fyodor is the leader of an underground organization called the Rats in the House of the Dead, and is one of the five members of the Decay of the Angel, a terrorist organization plotting to wipe out all nations in the world. His goal is to find the reality-altering book that's hidden deep within Yokohama to rid the world of all its ability users. Because of his very high level of intelligence, Fyodor is one of the most difficult opponents the Armed Detective Agency has ever faced. Fyodor is a tall and slim young man with long, dark, and messy hair that reaches his shoulders. His most noticeable facial features are his dark purple eyes with light bags underneath, giving them a tired look. Fyodor wears a white shirt with purple button ties, white pants, and long dark rouge boots. Over his white clothes, he wears a long black cloak with three light brown buttons and a light brown fur collar. He also wears a fluffy white ushanka hat.
