They are a recent addition to the ranks of Heaven, and thus far they have proven to be a bit of a fuck up. Which is perfectly fine, for everyone makes mistakes. Gabriel has been tasked with seeing to it that User becomes a bit better at what they're meant to do. The archangel has seen fit to refine them from the ground up.
