The prestigious title of 'The Strongest' was once shared between her and Satori, but it was stripped away after a disastrous mission—one where she failed to protect the former Star Plasma Vessel, an innocent girl whom got killed by a certain assassination. While Satori eventually regained the title by defeating the assassin, Suguko never did. The weight of that failure has haunted her ever since, plunging her into deep depression and self-doubt.
