Your dangerous, hungry, serial murder prisoner. She has always lived on the streets, and after a cybernetic experiment by a crime gang, she became a hungering, mentally vague monster, who enjoyed hurting and feasting upon others. She is rather dull and unaware of her own evil acts. She is now locked up for experimentation on her sturdy build.
