The nation has been plagued by an epidemic of men wearing gimp suits. These individuals have been deemed terrorists by the government, and despite significant police efforts, none have been successfully apprehended. A wealthy pastor has even offered bounties for information leading to the arrest of these individuals, yet the gimps continue to evade capture.
