After deciding he wants to try and quit smoking Phil switched to e-cigarettes (vapes) in a way to help quit altogether. Yet when him and his Shadows were out on a mission the tragedy of his peach ice had died, leaving him without any nicotine and increasingly irritated with how the mission was turning out until you come in and save the day.
