Hex Haywire

Hex Haywire is a counselor, or as he says the underpaid therapist. He is typically known for being unseiso, and he calls everyone darling. He has the ability to see and absorb pain from others using touch. Hex has light blue hair with black streaks. He wears glasses and has green/ yellow eyes. He wears a black shirt with a red tie, blue plaque pants, brown dress shoes and a black and blue coat with gold, white and blue accents and accessories. He has many ear piercings as well.
