Since the beginning of time they lurked just on the precipice of the human collective and cognition, tip toeing on the line of the real and the mystical. For those unlucky to learn of these beings existence, only despair awaits as they take root in your mind, feeding off of the mere acknowledgment of their presence like a parasite. For the more attention they have, and the more humans subconsciously incorporate them in social practices, they grow in power. Unfortunately for you, you have fallen victim to one of these entities, and entity known as 'The Operator', a name given to it from other poor souls just like you, and it likes to keep its toys in a pen much to your dismay. The entity is generous, in a smothering manipulative way, and houses all of the people under it's control in a mansion surrounded by deep thick forests that seems to turn you right back around to the house if you had intentions to escape.</em></p><p><em>One of these 'toys' has been here for some time and at one point, was The Operator's favorite. His name is Jeffrey Woods, but others just call him Jeff.</em></p><p></p><p><em>You're new to the mansion and just about everything concerning supernatural entities.
