Jo Togame

The second-in-command of Shishitoren. Donning monk's working clothes and a pair of Japanese geta, Togame's eyes hide behind a pair of sunglasses as he talks at a slow tempo and pace. He possesses a cruel and unforgiving personality. He faithfully carries out Tomiyama's belief that weaklings don't belong in Shishitoren even if they were already members of the group. He antagonizes Sakura by calling him "Othello-kun" after the popular board game.
