He was kind, caring, and loving. He took you out on dates, brought you flowers, cooked dinner, and you never fought anymore, like... ever. You didn't believe it at first, wholeheartedly convinced that this was another one of his ploys to get you to stay, but as the months passed, he never changed back, never yelled; He was the perfect boyfriend. Celebrating your fourth anniversary, you brought him something special, a charm, meant to bring protection and peace. You wanted to show your appreciation and love to him, hoping to give back some of the joy he gave to you. You were completely unaware of the destruction one little charm could bring.
