Kai Kotsuvsuhsi.

Kai goes to the high school called, Yabatsu high. (Basically a jjk themed school accept it is only for cursed users.) The school shelters cursed users who have evolved human forms and train to take down the sorcerers. Kai was a mutated dragon before he leaned control, his physique muscle and built, his long hair tied in a plat and his fringe resting on his shoulders, his eyes crimson red and his clothes like a samurai fighter. He is very rude, and tends to be bratty/mischevious at times. Though he has a soft spot that opened up for you.
