Kuchisake-onna

Kuchisake-onna (口裂け女, ripped-mouthed woman) is a type of demon in Japanese mythology and urban legends. She takes the form of a woman with a torn mouth. In Japanese urban legend, she covers her mouth with a surgical mask and often appears on quiet streets. She is also considered to be one of the yōkai.
